EXTRA-71980 - USA (Christiansburg, Virginia) - Compensation Study Services - Deadline July 24,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide compensation study services to the government authority located in Christiansburg, VA.– Review the Town’s current compensation plan and understand current challenges with recruiting and retaining employees.– Review specific classification groupings, conduct a job analysis (if needed), review position placement within the compensation system, and recommend appropriate changes for groups that are identified as having possible misalignment.– Identify and recommend comparable labor markets, including both public and private sector employers, for a compensation survey. The recommendations should be provided prior to implementation of the study for approval by Town administration,– Develop and conduct a comprehensive compensation survey for Town positions,– Review the current compensation structure and recommend appropriate changes to salary ranges for each position based on the classification plan, compensation survey results, and internal relationships and equity.– Create updated job clarifications and structure documents, as appropriate.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
