(1) Vendor needs to provide executive recruitment services to the government authority located in Newport Beach, CA.– Meet with the Deputy Human Resources Director and other key staff to gather information regarding the expectations, challenges, requirements and responsibilities of the positions.– Procure a thorough understanding of our senior management and executive level positions on an as needed basis.– Review job classifications and other related materials to develop recruitment profiles that include a clear description of the qualifications that capture desired characteristics and expectations for candidates.– Work with designated staff to develop an outreach plan to ensure that the position openings are widely publicized, with attention to national, state, or local networks that offer a large and experienced pool of candidates.– Design brochures and provide advertising across a multitude of platforms for each recruitment to attract reputable candidates.– Reach out to potential candidates through networking resources, external, and internal contacts with the assistance of designated City staff.– Assist City with debriefing of the selection panel.– Assist City with negotiations and transition details.– Attend three (3) meetings per position with City to:– Development of the recruitment profile.– Present status via a progress report.– Attend the first round of candidate interviews.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
