Vendor needs to provide organization assessment service to the government authority located in Kennebunk, ME. – The selected consultant will assist the agency in evaluating operational requirements and developing strategies that maximize staff efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining high–quality service delivery to residents.– The consultant shall provide a detailed Staffing Model Analysis and Organizational Workflow Optimization Plan that includes, at a minimum, the following:1. Review all job descriptions and organizational roles, including management and supervisory positions.2. Evaluate staffing needs and optimize staffing levels based on operational requirements.3. Identify redundancies, workflow inefficiencies, and classification opportunities.4. Assess the Town’s mission, vision, goals, and performance outcomes.5. Review departmental staffing and overtime history.6. Analyze workload levels by department and position classification.7. Assess organizational effectiveness and operational performance.8. Identify additional opportunities for operational and organizational improvements.9. Evaluate gaps between current performance and operational standards.10. Identify internal and external factors impacting operational efficiency.11. Develop an optimal staffing matrix for current and future needs.12. Identify strengths.13. Technology infrastructure and software needs to support efficiencies.
