This IFQ outlines the duties required of the chemical supplier for supplying bulk Ferric Chloride to the ECLWRF. Ferric Chloride is used as a primary coagulant in the Title 22 process as well as one of the low-pressure membrane systems. The historical usage of Ferric Chloride has been between 270 – 350 tons per month. West Basin is estimating ferric chloride usage will be around 320 tons per month for the contract period.
