INVITATION FOR QUOTE (IFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SODIUM HYDROXIDE

This IFQ outlines the duties required of the chemical supplier for supplying liquid sodium hydroxide to ECLWRF and its satellite facilities: Chevron Nitrification Treatment Plant (CNTP/Chevron), Torrance Refinery Water Recycling Plant (TRWRP), and Juanita Millender-McDonald Carson Regional Water Recycling Plant (JMMCRWRP). The facilities provide supplemental treatment required by some industrial users. Liquid sodium hydroxide is used to add buffering capacity for the biological nitrification processes.
