(1) Vendor needs to provide domestic and sexual violence coordination system to the government authority located in OR. – Provide services to survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault, as well as for their children/dependents. – Provide a range of services to survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking, with a focus on the following services: emergency shelter services, crisis advocacy and system navigation, housing placement and retention and community–based services.• Emergency shelter services:– Confidential emergency shelter: Emergency shelter services are intended to be short–term and accessible 24–hours a day, 7 days a week, and year–round.– Shelter to stability.• Crisis advocacy and system navigation: Crisis advocacy and system navigation services offer survivors and their children/dependents advocacy, safety planning, and crisis support to rebuild safety and stability. • Housing placement and retention: Housing placement and retention services are designed to assist households, fleeing or experiencing homelessness as a result of violence, successfully gain and retain permanent housing. • Community based services: Community based services is a broad category encompassing non–shelter/housing DV/SA services for the general population.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
