– Vendor needs to provide behavioral health and community safety partnerships service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Provide Behavioral Health and Community Safety Partnerships (BH–CSP) is to support communities in reducing the behavioral health impacts of crime, violence, and disorder; strengthening community safety; and improving outcomes for youth, families, and other individuals affected by crime, violence and disorder.– Implement integrated strategies that strengthen coordination across behavioral health providers, community–based organizations, youth–serving systems, and public safety partners, as appropriate.– Implement community–based prevention and early intervention strategies.– Identify and engage individuals and families at risk for or impacted by crime, violence, and disorder.– Expand access to evidence–based or evidence–informed behavioral health services and supports.– Improve coordination across systems, including health and public safety, to support community safety and stability.
