(1) Vendor needs to provide corridor masterplan service to the government authority located in NC.• Consultant team to develop a long–range, multi–modal corridor plan for the NC–54 Corridor through Research Triangle Park (RTP).• The purpose of this project is to develop a comprehensive, multi–modal vision for this important regional corridor, which is planned to include the Triangle Mobility Hub, a passenger rail station, Bus Rapid Transit and a portion of the Triangle Bikeway• The key deliverable for this project will be a multi–modal corridor plan to ensure that future development and redevelopment along the corridor result in the necessary facilities for safe and efficient multi–modal transportation• Monthly Invoices and Progress Reports• Monthly Touchpoint/Connection with Triangle West agency Project Managers• Progress meetings shall be conducted monthly, or within a timeframe approved by the Triangle West agency Project Manager, either virtually or in–person• Corridors that have transitioned from auto–oriented suburban arterials to multimodal complete streets serving mixed–use development• Research parks, innovation districts, or employment centers that have integrated transit (BRT or passenger rail), bicycle, and pedestrian infrastructure into previously car–dependent road networks• Projects that incorporated a regional mobility hub or multimodal transfer facility into corridor planning• Implementation approaches that coordinated ROW allocation across multiple planned investments (transit, bikeway, roadway) within a single corridor(2) The contract period will be for one year.
