(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation management system consulting services. – Serve as System Integrator and provide a wide range of advanced transportation management and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) consulting services on an as needed basis.– Conduct, on the basis of fixed hourly rates, a variety of planning, analysis, engineering design, system integration, software maintenance/development and related services, to supplement in–house staff for enhancement and integration of some or all of these functions.– The Contractor will perform development in support of the existing Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS) Advanced Transportation Management System (ATMS). effort. This work shall include complete analysis, design, development, testing, rollout and version control services.– The Contractor will maintain a communications master plan to assist the County in determining the best utilization of their existing communication facilities.– This activity involves a broad range of support services in the area of intelligent transportation systems, including work associated with systems engineering, research, design, deployment, and specification development.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
