INVITATION FOR QUOTE (IFQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF SULFURIC ACID

This solicitation outlines the duties required of the chemical supplier for supplying liquid sulfuric acid to ECLWRF’s satellite facilities: the Chevron Nitrification Treatment Plant (CNTP/Chevron), Torrance Refinery Water Recycling Plant (TRWRP), and Juanita Millender-McDonald Carson Regional Water Recycling Plant (JMMCRWRP). The facilities provide supplemental treatment required by some industrial users. Sulfuric acid is used to adjust feed water pH to reverse osmosis processes located at each of the facilities. The estimated daily use of the Sulfuric Acid at the various facilities for the contract period is shown in the following table. These figures are not guaranteed.
