The Contra Costa County Probation Department's Office of Reentry & Justice (ORJ) is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the solicitation of proposals from responders to implement Project Title . A total allocation of $1,000,000 (one-million dollars) from the Contra Costa County's AB 109 Local Innovation Fund will be awarded for multiple innovative reentry piloted projects in the county. Proposals are to be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/contracostacounty no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date .
