The Contra Costa County Probation Department's Office of Reentry & Justice (ORJ) is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the solicitation of proposals from responders to implement Project Title . Proposals are to be submitted through the OpenGov Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/contracostacounty no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . The purpose of this RFP is to provide safe and reliable transportation services with peer support for reentry clients, aiming to increase client connections and engagement in reentry programming and treatment services following their immediate release from the county's jail system.
