Description
The Contra Costa County Probation Department’s Office of Reentry & Justice is pleased to announce the solicitation of interest from qualified agencies to provide residents returning to communities in the County after periods of incarceration with Civil Legal Aid services for the period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2028. This RFI is a process by which the Probation Department solicits interest from Applicants who may be selected to enter into a contract with Probation for the provision of these kinds of services. $200,000 has been allocated in the FY 2025/26 AB 109 Budget to support Civil Legal Aid Services. The total funds projected for the 3-year term of this RFI is $600,000.
