REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - AB 109 Community-based Reentry Services

The Office of Reentry & Justice (ORJ) of the Contra Costa County Probation Department is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified organizations to provide the following community-based reentry services for the period of July 1, 2025 – June 30, 2028: AB109 Community-based Reentry Services included in this RFP: Family Reunification Peer and Group Mentoring (West County Region) Employment Services Housing Services The County intends to fund services in the following areas: Family Reunification $100,000 / year $300,000 (three year maximum) Peer and Group Mentoring (West County Only) $200,000 / year $600,000 (three year maximum) Reentry Housing Services $1,500,000 / year $4,500,000 (three year maximum) Reentry Employment Services $3,000,000 / year $9,000,000 (three year maximum) Please see full Solicitation Documents in the Attachments tab.
