Orange County is seeking proposals from contractors to provide Construction Manager services with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Pre-Construction Services and a Guaranteed Maximum Price for the Construction Services for the UREA Conversion Project, which is located at 525 North Flower Street, Santa Ana, CA 92703. The County has developed the project construction documents at 60% completion. The budget estimate is approximately $1,600,000 for this project.
