Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for Various Projects

The Collin County Community College District (“Collin") is seeking sealed responses from qualified firms to select a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to provide pre-construction and construction services for the following Packages as part of Collin’s 2024 Capital Improvement Program. This solicitation shall be used to select an individual firm for each package. It is the intent of the District to select individual firms for each Package but the District reserves the right to award multiple packages to one firm: Package 1 Renovation of existing Plano Campus main building. This project’s estimated construction cost is projected to be approximately $50 million and targeted square footage is 120,000 sf. Package 2 Construction of a new Health Science Building. This project’s estimated construction budget is approximately $42 million and targeted square footage is 90,000 sf. The project will be constructed on Collin’s McKinney Campus. Package 3 Construction of a new CTE building. This project’s estimated construction cost is projected to be approximately $30 million and targeted square footage is 40,000 sf. The project will be constructed on Collin’s Wylie Campus.
