Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for Fire Department Capital Improvement Projects

Seminole County is seeking Qualified Consultant(s) to perform Pre-Construction and Constructions Services under the Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) delivery method for all Seminole County Fire Department (SCFD) Capital Improvement Projects (CIP). Currently anticipated SCFD CIP Projects can be found within the Scope of Services. The awarded Consultant(s) will be responsible for provide a wide range of services as specified within the Scope of Services and all stated solicitation documents. Any requests for Interpretation of the posted Draft Contract Agreement should be submitted during this Solicitation's Question and Answer period. Insurance Requirements: Seminole County is self-insured; please be aware of the insurance coverage and limits required for this project, included within the Attached Draft Agreement; located within the Attachments. Any questions regarding coverage requirements should be made during the Question and Answer Period during this solicitation. **Short listed firms will be required to submit a sealed package containing both pre-construction and management fees for the project at the time of presentations.
