ESTATE-11577 - USA (Houston, Texas) - Realtor Services for the Sale of Ward Property - Deadline July 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building automation system implementation project to the government authority located in Houston, TX.                                – To provide brokerage, marketing, advisory, location of heirs, obtainingaffidavits of heirship from discussion with neighbors, and other associated services for the sale of properties.– Vendor shall be knowledgeable of the local residential real estate market and shall haveexperience in the sale of similar properties and can market to prospective buyers on a national and global level.– Competitive Market Analysis – Advertising plan(s)– Develop strategies for sale of properties.– Develop and distribute marketing materials to potential buyers and report results to agency on an agreed upon frequency.– Participate in site tours and/or other events concerning a showing of the properties.– Coordinating real estate transactions during closing.– Work with title companies as requested or needed.– Assist with finding out needed information about the property, such as alleged ownership by siblings and heirs.– Property listing and sales services– All other customary activities and services are associated with real estate transactions– All personnel proposed to perform work under this contract must hold active Texas real estate licenses in good standing.– The sale of property held under guardianship, including familiarity with court approval processes required by probate courts and the procedural requirements for obtaining court authorization prior to closing.– Evidence of prior experience coordinating with legal counsel on guardianship–related real estate transactions, managing required property disclosures specific to Ward Properties, and navigating probate court requirements must be provided.(2) A pre–bid conference will be held on June 22, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.(4) The contract period will be four years.
