The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information from the legal community on their process to file a complaint to foreclose the right of redemption in real property sold at tax sale where the County is the certificate holder as a result of there not being any successful bids at the sale. Subject properties will be vacant or abandoned homes, or unimproved lots.
