Description
The City of Benicia Community Development Department seeks a firm or individual (Consultant) to provide real property services necessary for the disposition of up to three (3) city-owned properties (“surplus sites") for future residential development pursuant to the City’s adopted Housing Element. The City’s certified Housing Element provides that sites will be offered for disposition (through completion of SLA procedures) by the end of 2024. The selected consultant will demonstrate working knowledge and experience in disposition of surplus sites, will service in an advisory capacity over the disposition process, and perform the functions necessary to ensure regulatory compliance.
