ESTATE-11655 - USA (Gladstone, Michigan) - Real Estate Broker Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate broker services to the government authority located in Gladstone, MI.– Develop strategies for sale of identified property if deemed appropriate.– Develop marketing materials, electronic and hard copy, to advertise property for sale, distribute the materials to potential buyers via the appropriate form of media and report results to the city manager on an agreed upon frequency.– Advise the City Manager related to strategies to promote and sell identified property.– Participate in site tours of city owned property that is for sale for potential buyers.– Analyze offers from potential buyers and advise the City Manager with respect to negotiations.– Represent the city in negotiations with a prospective buyer from the time offer to and including closing.– Coordinate real estate transaction closings.– Handle all other customary activities and services associated with real estate transactions.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
