BILLING-3125 - USA (Wisconsin) - Single Load Credit Card Services - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide single load credit card services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Purchase of physical and virtual, single–load credit cards.– Vendor shall have an online portal where the Universities can order cards and manage our accounts. – Card types must be single–load only and non–reloadable, with no overdraft or credit features. – Physical cards must be EMV chip–enabled, with optional contactless support. – Virtual cards shall be issued instantly and with secure delivery (e.g., one–time activation code or two–factor authentication.) – Solution shall support network tokenization for card–on–file use under EMV/tokenization industry standards. – Cardholders shall have web/mobile access to balances and transaction history. – Provide 24×7 fraud/dispute support. – Multi–language support must be available for required disclosures where applicable. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years.
