(1) Vendor needs to provide prepaid card services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.  – Provide a comprehensive, scalable commercial prepaid card solution to facilitate the disbursement of subsidies, benefits and funds to the public.– The solution will consist of prepaid card accounts and associated debit cards.– Provide the infrastructure for the city to utilize these prepaid card solutions across a wide variety of current and future programs offered by various city departments.– Instant issue cards the contractor must provide a supply of non–personalized, un–customized cards that can be securely stored by the city and its partners for immediate, on–the–spot distribution to program participants. – Personalized cards personalization is a primary requirement to ensure card security and facilitate account management.– Virtual cards the solution should include the option to provision electronic or virtual prepaid cards for digital use. – Cards Branding the city desires the option to include city branding, logos, or program–specific designs on these cards.– Program administration and disbursements– Financial capabilities and card access– Data tracking, reporting, and controls– Customer service and support(2) A virtual pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.   (4) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 23, 2026.
