(1) Vendor needs to provide payment cards for patient studies services.– Program management:– Ability to issue physical or virtual payment cards to study participants.– Must be reloadable cards for ongoing payments to subjects.– Security compliance:– Secure portals with multi–factor authentication.– Complete audit logs of transactions and card activity.– Operational requirements:– 24/7/365 participant card support (phone + digital).– Lost/stolen card replacement with defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).– Ability to operate in domestic and international locations.– Real–time or near real–time transaction visibility.– Technology:– API–based integration for automated fund–loading and reporting.– Web portals for administration, study sites, and/or participants.– Program setup and implementation:– Support initial configuration for each clinical trial.– Coordinate with study teams to define fund–loading rules, reimbursement categories, and controls.– Provide training materials for sites and program administrators.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
