(1) Vendor needs to provide 9–1–1 text message survey solution.– Provide a 9–1–1 Text Message Survey Software Solution.– Provide a post 9–1–1 call text message survey solution.– Automatically receive and process data, including incident number, date and time of call, call type or classification, and caller phone number.– Support configurable survey questions that include rating–based questions, yes/no questions and open–text responses.– A user–friendly dashboard displaying survey results tied to incidents. Standard reporting capabilities, including response rates, satisfaction scores, and trends over time. – Ability to filter and sort data by date range, call taker, and call type.– Provide a diagram of the proposed system architecture. – The diagram should include an overall representation of the servers, network, peripherals, workstations, mobiles, and interface points, as well as a representation of the system environments (Production, Test, Training, and Disaster Recovery) and their interdependencies.
