(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based support enforcement tracking system modernization services.– Support enforcement tracking system (SETS) has embarked on a remarkable journey of technological evolution, transitioning from its traditional mainframe roots to a cutting–edge, cloud–based architecture.– Data Platform modernization is another critical component of this transformation. By turning data from a passive asset into a strategic tool, SETS aims to actively support case management functions, provide better services to participants, and enhance supervisory oversight.– Intake and Case Initiation: To modernize state and federal data exchanges and automated locate Case process related batch jobs running in mainframe and associated data to the modernized child support architecture.– Data Exchange Migration: Modernize some of the data exchange jobs running on the mainframe as batch programs scheduled through control–m.– Case Management: Modernize the core business capabilities involved in managing the lifecycle of a child support case after intake.– Financial Management: Modernize the critical financial operations components of the child support system.– Data Analytics: To modernize the data analytics platform and integrate actionable insights directly into case management functions. – Supporting Solutions: To modernize smaller, peripheral modules that support specific OCS operations alongside the core case management system.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
