(1) Vendor needs to provide window and glass surface cleaning service to the government authority located in Montgomery, MD. – On–call, as–needed comprehensive interior and exterior window and glass cleaning services at nine county facilities.– On–call, as–needed pressure washing services at all county facilities.– On–call, as–needed interior and exterior window and glass cleaning services. – Clean the interior and exterior surfaces of all glass and window surfaces using a cleaning brush, squeegee, and lint–free cloth.– Building exteriors–pressure wash exterior walls, facades, and siding to remove accumulated dirt, mold, mildew, algae, and other contaminants.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 24, 2026.
