Window Cleaning Services

Collin County is seeking qualified vendors to submit a quote on an annual contract agreement for the Window Cleaning Services at seventeen (17) different Collin County locations. Window cleaning services include, but are not limited to, washing interior and exterior windows, atriums, and high glass in lobbies. Services are scheduled four (4) times per year at set intervals. Reference the Pricing Table for a list of locations and addresses. Successful quoter will be awarded an initial one (1) year contract effective October 1, 2024 with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. Prices must remain at the same fixed rate for the entire initial contract term with price redetermination allowable sixty (60) days prior to each renewal date.
