(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial maintenance service to the government authority located in Casper, WY.        – Clean to remove spot and grime mirrors and frames.– Clean dirt and debris from sidewalks and all areas adjacent to the building.– Glass doors and partitions clean and remove fingerprints.– Carpeted areas and rugs spot clean as necessary.– Wash sides of all desk and clean under all desks.(2) The contract period will be for one year.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 07, 2026.
