(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Pembroke Pines, FL. • Empty all trash receptacles and replace liners.• Clean all common area glass (interior and exterior as accessible), floor to reachable height.• Sweep and damp mop elevators and clean walls and tracks.• Sweep and damp mop all vinyl or ceramic floors.• Sweep and damp mop all trash rooms using an odor control cleaning solution.• Inspect stairwells and remove any trash or debris.• Check exterior of building and remove visible trash and debris.• Spot clean walls for fingerprints or smudges• Clean/wipe all mailboxes (exterior surfaces).• Clean trash chute doors (front and back) using odor control germicidal cleaner.• Clean offices and remove trash from office receptacles.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 12, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on June 30, 2026 USA (Pembroke Pines, Florida) – Janitorial Services
