SCREENING-2634 - USA (Knoxville, Tennessee) - Drug and Alcohol Testing Services - Deadline July 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drug and alcohol testing services to the government authority located in Knoxville, TN. – Provide drug and alcohol testing for school bus drivers and is willing to test additional drivers or other personnel under the Drug Free Workplace Policy.• Pre–employment: Conducted and paid for by the bus or shuttle contractor before applicants are hired or after an offer to hire.• Post–accident: Conducted after the accident on driver whose performance could have contributed to the accident.• Reasonable Suspicion: Conducted when a trained supervisor observes behavior or appearance that is characteristic of drug or alcohol misuse.• Random: Conducted on a random unannounced basis just before, during, or just after performance of a safety sensitive function.• Follow–up: Conducted as part of a program prescribed by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) following a positive result.• Return to Duty: Conducted upon the completion of a program required by an following a positive result.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
