Invitation to Quote: Drug and Alcohol Screening Services for Walton County Employees

Walton County is soliciting quotes from qualified vendors to provide Drug and Alcohol Screening Services in compliance with DOT and FMCSA regulations . The selected vendor will be responsible for managing the County’s drug and alcohol testing program, including program implementation, specimen collection, laboratory analysis, medical review officer (MRO) services, and record-keeping. The awarded contract will be for one (1) year with the possibility of renewal based on performance and County needs. The selected vendor must be able to begin providing services within a minimum of two (2) weeks from the award of a Purchase Order . Vendors should specify their lead time in their response.
