Drug and Alcohol Testing Services

City of Edinburg seeks proposals from highly qualified professionals to assist the City of Edinburg to provide a drug-free, healthful and safe workplace. The goal is to detect and prevent illegal drug use, controlled substance and alcohol misuse and abuse. The city maintains a strict and reasonable measure to ensure drug and alcohol use that does not jeopardize the public or the City’s ability to serve its citizens. In order to accomplish this the City of Edinburg is seeking a third-party administrator to conduct random drug and alcohol testing as required by Department of Transportation (DOT) for those in possession of a commercial driver’s license, medical review and the management of DOT Clearinghouse.
