TRANSPORT-11433 - USA (Clackamas, Oregon) - Transit Development Plan Services - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit development plan services to the government authority located in Clackamas, OR.– Transportation services planning for elderly and disabled persons shall focus on the entire county.– Review of the fixed route transit service currently provided and an identification of ways to plan for efficient, accessible and affordable transit in this area.– Enhance coordination between transit service providers operating in county.– Identify priority transit service enhancements that can be integrated into future plans and planning, and other planning work or funding opportunities.– Public engagement plan and project schedule refinement.– Include an analysis of the census data to report on the numbers of protected populations.– Consultant shall draft a public engagement plan that will outline efforts and methods to share information and gain input throughout the project from a wide range of interested County residents and community representatives.– Fixed route data including numbers of routes, service hours, number of passengers per service hour and service miles.– Relevant data and information from the most recent statewide travel survey.– Efficient and accessible transit: needs and service opportunities.– Strategies for the county to provide potentially efficient and accessible transit to communities within the study area as conditions change.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16, 2026.
