(1) Vendor needs to provide transit management services for the efficient operation of both the fixed route and demand response transit systems. to the government authority located in Gloucester, MA.– Public transportation services and related support vehicles, equipment, and facilities.– Responsible for the development of training and safety programs for all personnel in the fixed route and demand response systems.  – Supervising and dispatching of fixed route and demand response operations; including reservations of demand response trips, overall system performance, monitoring ridership statistics and route planning– Customer relations and responding to complaints, providing transportation information via the telephone for transit and demand response systems, including customer trip reservations.(2) A pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 24,2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 7, 2026.
