Description

The selected consulting firm will undertake a comprehensive fixed route & on-demand Transit (i.e., microtransit and micromobility) Service Analysis and Long-Range Plan development project in collaboration with internal staff within BFT and the public. The project will consist of three overarching tasks with the first addressing June 2025 service changes proposed no later than August 2024. The second task will focus on service improvements in 2026-2035 followed by the third task of implementing a 20-year long-range plan. A significant focus will be re-engaging city and county partners on transit planning integration, land use, and infrastructure. This scope includes task orders that will assist in developing the short and mid-range service recommendations that will lay the foundation for a long-range plan.
