IFB - S.H.I.P. GENERAL CONTRACTOR - AI. HERNANDEZ

The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible general contractor to complete the required rehabilitation work (Doors and Window, Master Bathroom Remodel, and Kitchen Remodel) at 2851 W 76th St. In accordance with the scope of work in this IFB. All work performed under this Repair Project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used. 1. Replaced all residence doors and windows by impact resistant material. 2. Remodeling of master bathroom to make it accessible. 3. Remodeling the entire kitchen counters due to aged and replacing the kitchen appliances with new water efficient and energy efficient equipment. 4. The Bidder shall provide architectural plans for the renovation of the Kitchen and the bathroom, signed, and sealed by a register Architect in the State of Florida. These plans will be prepared to obtain a construction master permit. 5. The Bidder will hire a glass sub-contractor and pull a sub-permit for doors and windows replacement. 6. All materials and finished must be approved by the City of Hialeah Grant and Human Service Department before ordering and installation.
