The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible general contractor to complete the required rehabilitation work (Flat Roof Replacement, Tile Roof Pressure Wash, Exterior Painting, HVAC, Interior and Exterior Repairs) at 6381 E 6th Ave, Hialeah Fl 33013. In accordance with the scope of work in this IFB. This repair project must follow the requirements of the 2020 FBC, Residential, 7th Edition, Chapter 9 Roof Assemblies. All work performed under this Repair Project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used. 1. Complete flat roof replacement. Repair/replace all sections of the fascia and sofit that are damaged. 2. Replacement of the gutter and downspout in the building addition. 3. Exterior Doors replacement with impact products for hurricane protection. Eliminate one of the exterior doors leading to the addition and close it permanently. This opening is causing water intrusion into the house. There are two other exterior doors in the house that need replacement. 4. Replacement of the AC wall unit. 5. Pressure wash the main house tile roof. This will remove grime and buildup setting on the tiles. 6. Exterior paint off the house. Painting the house will seal around the windows, will improve the condition of the walls, which help protect the integrity of the building and the inside environment of the residence. 7. Repair the stucco and floor-to- wall joint of the kitchen exterior wall.
