IFB - S.H.I.P. GENERAL CONTRACTOR - M. PINO

The objective of this IFB is to establish a contract with a responsive and responsible general contractor to complete the required rehabilitation work (Roof Replacement, Doors and Windows, Bathroom Renovation, and HVAC) at 201 East 37th St. In accordance with the scope of work in this IFB. All work performed under this Repair Project shall comply with all National, State and Local Codes having jurisdiction and with all requirements of Utility Companies whose services will be used. 1. Complete roof replacement of BUR roofs of the house and including the open terrace roof and the detached utility room. Repair/replace sections of the fascia and soffit that are damaged. 2. Windows and doors replacement with impact products for hurricane protection. 3. Complete bathroom remodeling to make it ADA Accessible. 4. Replacement of the HVAC equipment system (air handler with thermostat and compressor) with new energy efficient and code compliant equipment. Supply ducts cleaningmust be included in this project to improve the air quality inside the residence. 5. Exterior paint off the house including utility room. Painting the house will help to seal around the new windows and help protect the integrity of the building.
