Request For Proposals ("RFP") General Contractor (“GC”) On-call General Maintenance and Repair Services (M&R)

The District of Columbia Government (the “District”), acting by and through its Department of General Services (“DGS” or the “Department”), Division of Contracts and Procurement is issuing this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) to engage multiple qualified General Contractor (“GC” or “Contractor”) firms to provide On-Call General Maintenance And Repair (M&R) Services as directed covering essential trade services such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire and life safety, and other general repairs for District of Columbia owned and/or leased properties. The services shall be provided in accordance with the Scope of Work (“SOW”) in Section [C] of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Department’s Standard Contract Provisions (“SCP”) for Supplies and Services Contracts, January 2016 Exhibit E.1 , and other associated Contract Exhibits and Solicitation Attachments listed in Section [J] of this RFP and the proposed Contract .
