QUALITY-2849 - USA (Maine) - Forensic Chemistry Quality Assurance Services - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic chemistry quality assurance services to the government authority located in Maine.– Assisting with the development, review, and approval of standard operating procedures and other documents that make up the quality management system and administer the document control system, including maintaining and updating the quality manual.– Preparing and coordinating for annual onsite assessments. – Monitoring nonconforming work and conducting and coordinating corrective actions.– Implementing risk–based thinking approach and ensuring the initiation of preventive actions to reduce risk.– Maintaining all quality records according to established policies and procedures (such as authorizations to perform casework, list of approved vendors, training and professional development of personnel, courtroom testimony evaluations, improvement measures, internal audits, external assessments, and management reviews).– Administering the proficiency testing and personnel monitoring program according to accreditation criteria.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
