QUALITY-2850 - USA (Chelsea, Massachusetts) - Radon Measurement Professionals and Lead-Based Inspectors and Risk Assessor Service - Deadline July 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide radon measurement professionals and lead–based inspectors and risk assessor service to the government authority located in Chelsea, MA. – These services are central to the agency’s efforts to identify and address environmental health hazards in residential properties, particularly those related to lead exposure, radon, and other housing–based conditions that may pose risks to occupant health.– Radon testing shall be conducted in all residential units participating in the Program. The selected respondent will be responsible for the placement, retrieval, and analysis of radon testing devices in accordance with current American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST) standards.– The contractor will be expected to operate as an independent third–party professional entity, ensuring that all assessments are conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state and local requirements, and without conflict of interest with rehabilitation or abatement activities.– Testing may be conducted using either passive devices or continuous radon monitors, depending on site conditions and program requirements.– The selected respondent shall provide complete radon testing documentation for each unit, including test results, interpretation of findings, and identification of any elevated radon levels requiring mitigation.– The selected respondent shall provide a full range of lead–based paint inspection and risk assessment services designed to identify and document lead hazards in residential properties.– Soil Sampling and Environmental Pathway Analysis– Dust Wipe Sampling and Clearance Testing(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
