EXTRA-71146 - USA (New York) - Environmental Site Assessment Services - Deadline July 10,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental site assessment services to the government authority located in New York.– The selected consultant will perform sampling, laboratory testing, and interpretation of results suitable to support regulatory compliance and guide the work of the design consultant.– Designing and implementing a sampling and testing program for hazardous building material.– Relevant experience in working with a design professional in developing demolition specifications where hazardous building materials are found.– Consultant shall determine the appropriate location and number of samples necessary to adequately characterize site conditions. Sampling shall be conducted in accordance with relevant professional and regulatory standards.– Collection of environmental samples.– Documentation of all sampling locations and methods used.– Maintaining proper chain–of–custody documentation.– Submission of samples to a certified laboratory for analysis.– Identification of lab processes to be used in performing required testing. including detection limits.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 18, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
