INTENT It is the intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions to describe the medical consulting and quality assurance review services regarding the ambulatory medical care provided to patients incarcerated at the County adult correctional facility and required by the Alameda County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO). The County intends to award a three (3)-year contract (with the option to renew for up to two [2] years) to the Bidder selected as the most responsive, responsible Bidder whose response conforms to the RFP and meets the County’s requirements
