Onsite Clinic Services

RFP 26-87397 SPD seeks a clinic to provide, at a minimum, the following services to eligible health plan participants at the Indiana Government Center: (A) Primary Care (B) Preventive Care (C) Immunizations & Injections (excluding flu shots) (D) Health and Nutrition Coaching (E) Coordination with the State of Indiana Population Health Management programs to provide education and intervention programs (F) Lab tests (G) Immediate/Acute care (H) Prenatal Services (I) Behavioral Health Services (K) Face to Face Counseling Services that can be billed through the EAP.
