(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological evaluations and services to the government authority located in Topeka, KS.– New hire psychological evaluations.– Fitness–for–duty psychological evaluations.– Critical incident counseling.– Wellness visits.– Evaluate referred employees and applicants for possible inclusion on or removal from the participating agency’s peer support team.– Evaluate referred employees with regard to potential issues that may have an impact on work performance.– Provide a curriculum vitae and references for themselves and any provider in their practice who will provide services.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 19, 2026.
