(1) Vendor needs to provide healthcare and behavioral health services for students to the government authority located in Tempe, AZ. – Serve one (1) campus, multiple campuses, or Districtwide, depending on factors such as organizational capacity, geographic reach, licensure, specialization, and alignment with student demographics and campus–specific needs.– The agency seeks to expand access to care by developing strategic partnerships with community–based providers.– Primary Health Care Services. These services may include but shall not be limited to:• On–site intake and triage• Diagnosis and treatment of minor acute conditions• Preventive care and health screenings• Immunizations (if applicable)• Women’s and reproductive health services• Referral coordination to specialty care– Behavioral Health Services. These services may include but shall not be limited to:• Individual counseling• Short–term solution–focused therapy• Crisis assessment and stabilization (as appropriate)• Group counseling or psychoeducational workshops• Substance use screening and referral• Referral to higher levels of care when necessary(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.
