For Lease: Clinical Treatment Space for Substance Use Treatment Services

Washington County Behavioral Health is seeking an outpatient substance use treatment provider to join a new project being developed by the County to increase treatment capacity in our community. The County recently purchased a 42,000 square foot building located at 5250 NE Elam Young Parkway in Hillsboro. This site is being developed into a service hub, with a variety of co-located services including County Behavioral Health, urgent behavioral health care (Hawthorn Walk-in Center), supportive housing services access, health supports and peer recovery supports. The County is currently exploring the feasibility of including an onsite pharmacy and lab space. Approximately 4,500 square feet will be made available in this building for a community organization to lease in order provide onsite outpatient substance use treatment services. The space will be newly renovated and basic furnishings (such as office furniture) will be provided at no cost to the leasing organization. The occupant will also have access to other building amenities such as a large cafeteria and outdoor patio for staff, and multiple shared conference rooms of varying sizes.
