(1) Vendor needs to provide psychologists, psychological and psychiatric services to the government authority located in Texas.– Licensed psychologist or psychiatrist to administer, interpret and report the results.– Assess the psychological fitness, mental health, and suitability of security officers for their role, ensuring that they meet the necessary psychological standards for safety, well–being, and job performance.– Interpret the results, considering the specific psychological and behavioral traits relevant to the security officer’s role.– Assessment of psychological suitability for the role indicating: fitness for duty; fit with conditions; or not fit and further evaluation required.– Available for follow–up consultations with the employer to discuss any specific findings or concerns related to the evaluation.– Provide recommendations for future psychological evaluations, wellness programs, or additional support for security officers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
