Vendor needs to provide mental health evaluations services to the government authority located in Quantico, VA.– Identify, credential, and manage a network of licensed psychologists and psychiatrists– Conduct mental health evaluations, including clinical interviews, testing, and record reviews– Deliver comprehensive written evaluation reports including diagnosis, findings, and conclusions– Support telehealth or in–person evaluations in accordance with professional standards– Provide post–evaluation consultation and testimony for adjudication or hearings as required– Ensure all services are performed in a secure, private, and professional environment– Maintain nationwide capability to support CONUS and OCONUS requirements
